Most of my experiences are ok, every once in a while there's a mistake, however the last few times I go through drive thru, there seems to always be something. One day I ordered a 12" breakfast sandwich so I could have 1/2 of it saved for my lunch and then got to the window to pay, the total the lady gave me didn't seem right so I asked "are you sure it's only that much for a footlong?" and she looked back at the other lady making the sandwich and said she had only made a 6". Today, I ordered a 6" Buffalo chicken, got back to work, opened it up and the chicken was ICE COLD!!! So disappointing!!
